About NorthKey
A USA-based AI consulting company — including a published list of what we do not claim.
What we don't claim
Look at any competitor's AI page and you will find the same wall: analyst badges, client logos, a partner grid, and a round number of projects delivered. Most of it is real. Some of it is decoration. None of it is verifiable by you in the moment you are reading it.
So here is the inverse — stated plainly, because a firm that will tell you what it cannot do is more useful than one that tells you it can do everything.
- No analyst recognition We are not a Gartner, Forrester, IDC, HFS, or Everest-rated firm. Instead Judge the method. It is published in full on this page, including the exit rights, so you can evaluate it before spending anything.
- No certifications yet No SOC 2, no ISO 42001, no HIPAA attestation. We will not display a badge we have not earned. Instead Security and governance practices are described concretely and can be reviewed under NDA before any engagement.
- No client logos No logo wall, no named references, no testimonials. Instead Case studies here are labelled illustrative solution patterns. Real ones will be published only with written client approval.
- No partner tier claims We are not advertising ourselves as an AWS, Microsoft, Google, Databricks, or Snowflake partner. Instead We build on all of them and take zero margin on any of them — which is precisely why our recommendation is worth something.
- No performance statistics No "40% faster", no "500+ projects delivered", no accuracy percentages. Instead Every engagement defines its own success metric in Phase 01, and that number is reported to you — not to a marketing page.
- No certification claims Our assessments issue certificates of completion, not certifications. Instead The distinction is real: a certification requires a psychometrically reviewed item bank and proctoring. We will say so when that exists.
Why this is on the website
The claims are the product.
An AI consultancy sells judgement. If the first judgement you see is a marketing page willing to overstate, that tells you what the second one will look like when a pilot is not working and there is a Phase 03 invoice at stake.
Our rule is simple, and it applies internally as well as here: if a claim would be uncomfortable to defend under oath, it does not get published. That rule is why this section exists — and it is the same rule that makes a "no-go" recommendation in Phase 02 possible.
