What does an AI consulting company actually do?
An AI consulting company helps an organization work out where artificial intelligence will produce a business result, whether its data and systems can support that, what it will cost to build and run, and what risk it carries. We do that — and then, unlike a pure advisory firm, we also build the solution, train your staff on it, and supply the AI professionals to run it.
How is this different from hiring a strategy firm and a development shop separately?
The seam between them is where most AI programs die. A strategy firm's recommendation is handed to a development shop that was not in the room when the business case was written, and the translation loss is expensive. Here the person who wrote the business case sits in the build reviews. One team, one accountable owner, one number.
We already tried an AI pilot and it stalled. Can you help?
That is one of the most common reasons clients come to us. Pilots usually stall for one of four reasons: no real business case, no data foundation, no governance path to approval, or no owner once the vendor left. The first thing we do is work out which of those it was — because the fix is different in each case.
What if AI is not the right answer to our problem?
Then we tell you, and we say so during the assessment rather than after you have paid for a build. Sometimes the answer is a process change, better reporting, or conventional software. That is a legitimate outcome of the assessment phase and a far cheaper one than the alternative.
Who owns the code and the intellectual property?
You do, from day one. Everything is built in your repository, under your license, with no license-back to us. Source code, prompts, evaluation sets, infrastructure-as-code, and documentation are all yours. Handover, documentation, and a recorded walkthrough are in scope, not a change order.
Which AI models and cloud platforms do you work with?
We are deliberately model-agnostic and cloud-agnostic, and we take no reseller margin on software, cloud, or model spend. The model is chosen per use case on the basis of evaluation results, cost, latency, and data-residency requirements — not a partnership agreement.
Do you provide AI engineers on contract?
Yes. Short-term contracts, long-term contracts, project-based work, staff augmentation, and dedicated AI teams. Every professional is assessed and upskilled by us before presentation, and you see named candidates before any contract is signed.
How is your AI training different from an online course platform?
For individuals, the Academy is a structured curriculum from beginner to advanced with assessments that name your specific gaps. For enterprises, the difference is bigger: when we have built a system for you, the training is delivered on that system — your data, your workflows, your guardrails — because we built it and know exactly how it behaves.
Are your assessments a certification?
No. We issue certificates of completion, and we are precise about the distinction. A certification implies an independently validated standard behind it, with a psychometrically reviewed item bank and proctoring. We will not describe our assessments as certifications until that standard is genuinely met.
How do you price engagements?
Fixed fee per phase, with scope and exit criteria written down before work begins. You approve each phase before it starts and can stop at any gate, keeping everything produced to that point. Contract staffing is priced per engagement.
Where are you based and who do you serve?
[COMPANY NAME] is a United States company based in [BUSINESS ADDRESS], incorporated in [STATE OF INCORPORATION]. Consulting, development, and talent services are delivered for U.S. organizations. The AI Academy and assessment platform serve learners worldwide.
How quickly can you start?
A triage session is usually available within a few business days. Assessment and advisory work typically starts within two to three weeks of a signed scope. Contract staffing depends on the role — we present candidates from the assessed talent pool rather than starting a search from zero.
